Cancellation Policy

Payments can be made by card or cash. In instances where appointments are cancelled by the client within 24 hours of the appointment time Railway Physiotherapy reserves the right to charge a late cancellation fee for the service. Non attendances will be charged at the full rate of the service.

In instances where the client is attending through Insurance Cover, should the insurance provider not cover late cancellations or non attendances, the client will be liable for payment.

Desposits paid for new appointments are transferable if rescheduled more than 24 hours prior to the appointment. If cancelled within 24 hours the deposit will be lost. For non attendances the client will be liable for the remaining treatment cost.

Classes which are pre-booked in a block are non-refundable.
