Poppy graduated with a masters degree in Physiotherapy from Manchester Metropolitan University after completion of a Bachelors degree in Sports Science from Liverpool John Moores University.
Poppy provides 1 to 1 physiotherapy for musculoskeletal issues such as, back, shoulder and knee pain. She also offers pre/postoperative physiotherapy and return to sport rehabilitation.
Poppy has a background in hockey, swimming, running and has recently placed 7th in her first hyrox event.
