Meet Stuart!
Stuart is a fully qualified sports massage therapist offering deep tissue massage to aid recovery and reduce risk of injury.
Outside of clinic work Stuart also works as a supervisor in a local store, is a dad of 2 girls and has a keen interest in the gym. His love of training and nutrition is what led him to complete his Sports Massage qualification to expand his knowledge on anatomy and physiology.
